We are the Hyperskill team. Hyperskill is an online educational platform that promotes a project-based approach to learning through creating real-life working applications. Together with JetBrains, we are developing JetBrains Academy. Its focus is Computer Science education. Nowadays we are increasing our focus on the B2B channel. We are looking for an energetic and inspiring person with professional experience in B2B sales and/or an account manager with the ability to build and lead a strong Sales Team in the future. The position is new, full time and 100% remote.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new B2B customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Own inbound and outbound lead conversion channels for new business pipeline generation, conduct sales experiments
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and product presentations
  • Track sales metrics and results against goals
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Participate in cross-functional product development and provide feedback from customers
  • Build and lead the sales team, establish and manage sales goals and monitor team achievements
Requirements:
  • C1-C2 level English, strong pitch and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in creating and executing sales pipeline
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales and/or account management
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments
  • Track record of success in building and developing a team
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent customer-facing skills using written or verbal communication
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
